Telco service provider Callroute has announced a partnership with Oak Innovation to gain recording compliance solutions for Microsoft Teams.

This new service, powered by Oak Innovation’s ClarifyGo, will give Callroute customers the ability to record beyond the current PSTN offering with a fully Microsoft certified call recording service for Teams.
ClarifyGo’s Compliance Capabilities
Compliance is becoming an increasing concern for users wishing to use their UC systems to make external calls.
Recording standards laid out by regulations such as FCA, GDPR, MiFID II, PCI DSS, Dodd-Frank, and HIPAA, although some are more industry-specific than others, all put strict criteria on how calls and recordings must be handled.
Compliance solutions company Oak Innovation’s ClarifyGo has developed systems to make calls compliant.

It uses the Microsoft Call Recording Graph API to automatically capture all types of calls and meetings, including PSTN and Teams, audio, video and screen-sharing, both internal and external, regardless of how the calls are routed.
Equally, every conversation is encrypted and stored for as long as needed, with features including policy-based access, rule-based recording and secure file-sharing.
This is important for both the security of data handling often laid out in these policies, and for things like data minimization too.
Improving Compliance and Performance
In addition to compliance configurations, ClarifyGo also offers a Quality Measurement module and analytics integrations to support performance evaluation and improvement.

Oak Innovation’s ClarifyGo solution is now available directly within the Callroute portal.
