Conosco Merges with Bridgeway Security Solutions

As a provider of UCaaS and telecoms services Conosco can now offer more data security options

Unified communications services provider Conosco has merged with Bridgeway Security Solutions to form the Conosco Group.

The combined companies will deliver a wide portfolio of solutions in cyber security and managed IT services.

“We will have a more comprehensive and integrated portfolio, enabling us to support existing IT services, whilst proactively delivering innovation to help drive business transformation and create substantial value for customers,” the two companies said.

“By combining our technical and commercial expertise and platforms, we will be able to expand our market-leading services to deliver an enhanced customer experience,” they added.

Chelsea, London-based Conosco’s partners include RingCentral, Vodafone, O2 and EE, and it provides UCaaS, business mobile solutions, hosted voice systems, mobile endpoint security, IoT solutions and internet connectivity to customers.

Bridgeway Security Solutions is based in Cambridge, and its partners include Bitglass, Mimecast, Entrust, Dropbox, IronWorks and MobileIron.

At the end of 2019, Bridgeway became one of the first HelloSign by Dropbox partners in Europe. HelloSign allows users to electronically request and add legally valid signatures to any document, including new employment agreements, consumer and business contracts, witness statements and NDAs (non-disclosure agreements), among other documents.
