Daktela UK has joined forces with Trust Partner Services to make its “all-in-one” communications solution available to new channel partners.

The cloud-based solution connects voice, email, SMS, chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram to allow clients to manage their customer communication in one place.

Daktela has designed the solution to support teams from five to 1,000 users, with “simple” voice-only solutions available up to “complex” omnichannel contact centre deployments.

Daktela’s software features AI technology, including intelligent voicebots and chatbots, which can be set up to handle complex requests.

The solution can be used on a desktop or mobile device or via standard IP handsets to allow for flexible working.

Daktela also has established integrations with market-leading business tools such as the full range of Microsoft software, including Teams, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
