The bundles—School & Campus, School & Campus Plus, Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Plus, and Enterprise Premier—offer tailored solutions that simplify management and streamline operations.
With these new licensing options, Zoom says it allows institutions to choose between “buy-as-you-need” models or enterprise-wide coverage. This approach seeks to ensure that schools and campuses of all sizes can access solutions that address their unique demands and budgets while benefiting from a UC platform.
Zoom offers optional add-ons such as Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Workvivo to bolster functionality further. These tools are tailored to extend the capabilities of the core platform.

In a recent blog post, Zoom CEO and Founder Eric Yuan announced the rebranding and shed light on the company’s strategic vision. The move reflects Zoom’s aim to transform into a full-fledged collaboration platform, with meetings and video as just one part of a more extensive suite of offerings.
It also emphasises the company’s dedication to leading AI-driven innovation. “What may have been a ‘nice-to-have’ is now a ‘must-have,’ as our customers are experiencing the true benefits of integrating AI into their workday,” Yuan stated.
Lastly, in October, AI video generation platform HeyGen revealed a new feature that will empower users to produce AI avatars that can attend Zoom meetings for them.
HeyGen is launching digital AI avatars designed to help users participate in multiple Zoom meetings simultaneously. These avatars are equipped to “think, talk, and make decisions” using data, effectively replicating the actions users would typically perform. This innovative solution aims to boost productivity and allow users to focus on higher-value responsibilities. by taking over repetitive or lower-priority tasks
