Virsae adds Allied Telesis support

Virsae Service Management (VSM), the leading cloud based service management platform for unified communications (UC) and infrastructure, has added the Allied Telesis portfolio to its line-up of supported products. The addition sees the multi-vendor service management platform with capabilities to manage more than 50 UC, customer experience and network infrastructure vendors, including Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, Mitel, AudioCodes, Sonus, NICE, Verint and Juniper.

The inclusion of Allied Telesis came from a request from a managed services partner looking to manage the whole UC and network stack for clients.

“UC is a time sensitive application which relies on a well-oiled network infrastructure,” says Ross Williams, Virsae’s COO. “Without visibility of the underlying infrastructure you can’t manage quality of experience outcomes for customers.”

Armed with VSM’s multi-vendor capabilities, customers and partners can get to the root cause of UC, contact centre and infrastructure issues using a single interface, simplifying management and reducing costs while aligning UC and network teams.

About Virsae Businesses around the world use Virsae’s cloud-based business communications management platform, Virsae Service Management (VSM), to keep their communications technology running smoothly – so their channels stay open, workers keep communicating, and customers always get an answer.
