From June – October 2022, UC and Digital Workplace solution provider Yeastar has been holding Yeastar Day Roadshows in various countries across Europe, Africa, and Asia. The goal of the roadshows was to bring the company's latest technology, products, and innovations to partners and customers worldwide, meeting them in person in the city near them. As part of the tour, Yeastar representatives and local distributors visited Greece, France, Germany, South Africa, Singapore, Dubai, and other countries; with the grand finale being the Yeastar Day Virtual Event on October 20th.
Meant to be an event providing inspiration, sharing knowledge, and creating new connections between industry professionals, this was the first run of the hybrid Yeastar Day event, with this year's theme being "Keep it Up." Yeastar has been focusing on highlighting its newest developments, as well as emerging industry trends and valuable insights for partners and customers.
The Global Roadshows
Over the past four months, Yeastar Day has been visiting a series of cities around the world, showcasing their technologies and hosting selected partners from each country. The roadshows consisted of interactive sessions including product deep dives and demos, comprehensive channel programs, growth strategies, and other region-specific trending industry topics.
Other than providing customers and partners with a hands-on experience of the Yeastar solutions, the in-person global events provided attendees with mingling and networking opportunities, allowing them to learn from each other and establish meaningful professional connections.
The Virtual Event
With more than 1,100 attendees, the closing event provided a comprehensive picture not only of Yeastar solutions but also of industry trends in general. The multi-session virtual event had a diverse agenda comprising Yeastar's latest product and feature launches, lucky draws with attractive prizes for attendees, and virtual booths from big-time technology partners such as Yealink, Snom, Jabra, Fanvil, Gigaset, etc.
The Yeastar Day Virtual Event aimed to support customers in properly navigating current Digital Transformation challenges, share exciting announcements and insights, and allow for lucrative networking opportunities. Among other things, Yeastar shared new releases for its UC solution and debuted its desk booking and visitor management system; announced the final winners of the Yeahs Awards 2022; and had partners share their success stories.
