UC Today were media partners for UC EXPO 2019, the UK's biggest communication and customer experience focused event, to bring you interviews with all the industry's biggest names.
Presenter Patrick is joined by David Grant, EMEA Customer Success Lead at Zoom Video Communications.
Firstly Patrick and Dave review the last few weeks at Zoom which have been particularly busy with its IPO on the NASDAQ last month. Dave explains that the IPO was just the start of Zoom's journey within the industry.
Then Patrick asks Dave about the main news for the UC EXPO event. Dave explains that Zoom Phone is now in BETA in the UK, Ireland and Australia. As well as the BETA release, Zoom have also announced a host of new features which complete its cloud UCaaS offering. From mobile, desktop to meeting rooms calls can be integrated into Zoom's existing portfolio across each area.
