As of October, Coolpo officially started offering beta testers free subscriptions to its innovative noise-canceling software, VOIZ AI.
I spoke with Coolpo’s Director of Product Strategy and Customer Success, Girlen Milleza, to give you the nitty gritty about the new solution, all the key details about the company’s 1-year free subscription model, and the market differentiator that makes VOIZ AI particularly attractive to users.

No Hardware, All Noise Cancelling
VOIZ AI stands out among the noise-canceling landscape even before its performances are tested due to its 100% software nature, with zero hardware strings attached. Milleza explains:
“During our research process, we found that many people were already using their preferred headphones while working remotely and were not interested in NC technology that comes with a piece of hardware attached to it.
All they want is software that can pair seamlessly with their existing devices to allow or enhance NC capabilities.”
That’s why Coolpo resolved to take the NC technology from their own hardware solutions and compress it into the VOIZ AI software, allowing them to share it publicly in pure-software configuration.
Easy Setup and Intuitive Use
The user experience of VOIZ AI is extremely simple and as intuitive as it gets. All one has to do is download the software and join Coolpo’s designated Discord community, where they can obtain a free access code. After a quick setup, they’re good to go.
“With this software, users can easily activate noise canceling for various scenarios such as live streaming, recording, video conferencing, and even leisure activities like watching YouTube videos.”
VOIZ AI offers NC for both input (microphone) and output (speakers), promising crisp sound on both ends.
“The tests we’ve conducted showed that even while using more economical headphones, the VOIZ AI software makes the user feel as if they’re using premium quality hardware,” Milleza notes.
Community Involvement and Support
While VOIZ AI currently supports only English and Chinese, Coolpo plans to add more languages later on, even during the beta testing stage. The same goes for other types of new features for VOIZ AI.
“This depends, among other things, on the feedback from our beta subscribers,” Milleza explains. “If, for example, we see a surge of beta testers suggest features to support certain use cases, that would give us an incentive to add those to the software.”
However, that’s not the only way to get your suggested features added to the VOIZ AI interface:
“We welcome users to join the Discord community and send us support inquiries and feature requests, and our team will consider and try to accommodate them to the best of their ability.”
