Global market leaders in UCaaS, BroadSoft, have been unveiling a range of updates to their product portfolio lately, during their annual "BroadSoft Connections" conference. Recently, the team confirmed that they would be enhancing their BroadSoft Business "Team-One" application for workplace collaboration.
Team-One is already involved in successful trials with around 135 service provider customers, delivering improved team collaboration experiences for the masses. By integrating Team-One with a range of BroadSoft UC features, the company hopes to accelerate and optimise team workflows.
The Latest Changes to BroadSoft Team-One
When combined with other BroadSoft strategies like BroadSoft Hub and BroadSoft Meet, the Team-One application can give enterprises a more advanced solution for end-to-end collaboration. Thanks to the recent upgrade to meeting features, guests and users will be able to access HD audio and video conferencing solutions, along with screen sharing strategies within the Team-One app.
Workspace meetings can be started with one click, simplifying the path to real-time collaboration, and improving efficiency regardless of what devices teams are using, or where they might be located. Thanks to the "Smart Guest Access" feature, open and cross-company communication may be simpler too. Workspace members can invite guests into the meeting by entering their email, making it easier for vendors and external customers to take part in file sharing experiences, live meetings, and group conversations.
Fortunately, better access to meetings doesn't have to mean compromising on security. Access is still restricted to specific workspaces and preset permissions. That means that anything you share through third-party solutions like Dropbox, or Google Drive will retain the security measures of that storage option.
