One of the world's leading providers of on-premises and cloud-based software solutions, NICE recently announced their "Interactions 2018" event. "Interactions" is the world's premier event for customer experience (CX), and this year, it will be hosting around 2100 customer experience and service executives, alongside a range of high-level industry analysts.
As customer experience becomes the ultimate differentiator for any brand, "Interactions" will be the event to attend to learn about industry best practices and listen to incredible keynotes from some of the biggest industry contenders. On May 15th, there will also be a day packed full of demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with executives from NICE.
Making Smarter Choices about Customer Experience
The NICE event hopes to introduce business owners to the overarching importance of customer experience and provide them with guidance on what they can do to excel in the space. Popular television host, Jay Leno will also be taking to the stage in 2018, alongside special guests Jamie and Adam from MythBusters. Attendees can also expect a presentation from the TechStyle Vice President of Strategic Operations, Anna Pettus, who will be discussing how they've used the NICE inContact platform to enhance customer experience infrastructure.
