In a significant step forward in enterprise cloud collaboration leadership, NTT Group has been awarded the Cisco Webex Service Provider (SP) certification. This recognises its capacity as one of the few strategic Cisco partners to sell, support and manage the entire Cisco Collaboration portfolio. Only seven other partners have obtained this accreditation globally.
The certification addresses the full spectrum of enterprise collaboration requirements across messaging, meetings and calling, delivering a rich yet simple, secure and unified end-user experience. Cisco’s suite of collaboration solutions gives users the ability to work with anyone, anywhere and on whatever platform, ensuring teams stay connected to continue driving business.
What this means for clients
NTT Group shares Cisco’s vision to bring rich collaboration productivity tools and the best meeting experience into every interaction, every meeting room, desktop and pocket. Leveraging the cloud allows rapid releases of new features and enables a great user experience (UX). Team members are empowered to be effective, whether in-person or remote, near or far, and using a dedicated meeting room device or a personal ; the experiences stay consistent on every device so every team member feels fully included. No matter who’s on a team or how many teams are working at once, they all get same level of security and performance they need to collaborate and perform at their best.
NTT Group is only one of seven strategic Cisco partners that can effectively sell, support and manage the entire Cisco Collaboration portfolio, including:
- Webex Meetings, including Cisco Audio and CCA-SP
- Webex Teams
- Webex Calling: CUCM, HCS
- Webex Devices
Each NTT subsidiary (NTT Com, Dimension Data and Arkadin) can now sell, support and manage the entire Cisco Collaboration portfolio. A number of components can be additionally bolted on to complete the solution, such as SIP Trunking to save on PSTN access cost and integrations with other cloud applications through APIs.
