Sennheiser's TeamConnect ceiling mic is now supported by Crestron's Automate VX's multi-camera switching product.
TeamConnect Medium (TCC M) ceiling microphone is intended for mid-sized meeting rooms and lecture or collaboration spaces and is now integrated into Crestron's Automate VX set-up.
The fusion of TCC M and Automate VX technology enhances inclusivity in meetings, particularly those mid-sized collaboration spaces and lecture halls. The incorporation of excellent audio and intelligent video technologies underpins a dynamic collaboration experience. This combination ensures that communication within these settings is optimized for clarity and engagement, meeting the demands of modern collaborative environments.

Automate VX technology allows premium meeting experiences with production-style cuts across various apps, including corporate boardrooms, multipurpose spaces, and training rooms. Automate VX employs multiple room cameras which track active speakers, removing distractions associated with conventional camera movements.
TCC M, featuring patented automatic dynamic beamforming technology, allows continuous and high-quality audio reception for speakers as conversations unfold across the room, enhancing overall meeting effectiveness.

What Has Crestron Been Up To Recently?
In September, Crestron appointed Midwich as a distributor for its UC and collaboration products in the UK and Ireland. The company's portfolio includes hybrid work-targeted Creston Flex, as well as a series of devices from phones to meeting room products.
The addition of Crestron builds on Midwich’s existing portfolio of collaboration businesses, which includes Poly, DTEN and Shure. In September of 2022, this roster expanded to include Yealink. Earlier in 2022, Midwich announced the acquisition of fellow distie Nimans.
