Private equity interest in Avaya, IP Cortex’s Aerial Direct deal and new Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Cisco features signal UC shifts. Published on UC Today.

In this roundup we cover speculation at Avaya regarding a potential private equity takeover valuing the business at over $5 billion and the confirmed deal which saw IP Cortex acquired by the Aerial Direct Group.
