Leading monitoring and management solution for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, Unify Square, recently announced a new range of innovations and service enhancements. Following exceptional customer growth for 2020, Unify Square has evolved its tools and managed services to support companies reliant on crucial collaboration platforms.
According to CEO, John Case for Unify Square, Enterprise IT is recognising the increasing value of monitoring tools and managed services for UC and collaboration. Since the rise of COVID-19, companies have been using a wider range of conferencing platforms and dealing with the increased risk of exponential amounts of data being shared.
The new demands of the changing landscape mean incredible things for Unify Square.
Celebrating New Growth

Over the last 12 months, Power Suite from Unify Square has maintained a fantastic level of customer retention at 95%, with sales growing by 40% YoY. The company also completed its second-largest quarter for sales ever, based on strong contributions from software, cloud managed services and consulting. Unify Square also reported strong growth from its partner network this year.
Leading partners like Zoom, Microsoft, BT, Jabra, and IBM have shown sensational growth. Unify Square also recently partnered with AVI-SPL, who will focus on the management of technical details in the meeting room, while Unify Square focuses on experiences for phone and conferencing.
SVP of Technology and Innovation at AVI-SPL, John Bailey, said the team were excited about the synergies created in the new partnership with Unify Square, the complementary solution portfolios of the two brands solve a range of collaboration issues.
Innovation in Software and Services
Unify Square has made various updates to its software and services suite, PowerSuite, over the last 6 months. Updates include continued enhancements to Microsoft Teams support in multiple modalities, including video, audio, app sharing, and expanded solutions for proactive monitoring. Expanded analytics reporting for Zoom UC is now available too and Unify Square also added a Microsoft PowerBI integration for more customised reporting.
Unify Square also launched a free version of PowerSuite to help companies looking for simple email reports regarding key usage and security settings. Due to the strains of COVID and rapid adoption of Microsoft Teams, PowerSuite is also taking a more significant approach to security and governance in collaboration environments.
Customers can now access Security Analytics and Team policy management tools for better collaboration with data risk discovery and protection. Enhanced SBC monitoring is also available to support Direct Routing solutions and Premise peering for Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
New Enhancements for Users
Going beyond new software solutions, the Unify Square PowerSuite CMS handles things like multi-vendor solutions and escalation for UC and collaboration issues. The CMS services have expanded in the last 6 months to offer a new Zoom Webinar, and Microsoft Teams Live support service.
COVID-19 has accelerated IT strategies for various organisations, to the point where everyone needs access to the cloud right now – not tomorrow. Unify Square has introduced new consulting services to the market in this environment. The first is the Return to Office Readiness service, while the second is the Collaboration Security Risk Assessment consultation.
The return to the office service will help companies to find a long-term strategy for collaboration and UC, while the security risk assessment service looks for the blind spots in data security.
