SIPPIO has announced its new Beacon solution, a business intelligence tool integrated directly into its portal that delivers critical business insights.

Built into SIPPIO Portal, SIPPIO Beacon is designed to handle tasks, deliver insights, and implement changes through intuitive, natural-language interactions. Available to reseller and service provider partners, SIPPIO highlights Beacon as a significant advancement in its commitment to making communications faster, easier, and more adaptable.

SIPPIO emphasises that Beacon harnesses Gen AI to transform complex tasks into simple, conversational interactions. The company says that when partners need data, a proposal for a customer, insights into upsell opportunities within their install base, or bulk updates to a customer account, they can ask Beacon.

SIPPIO stresses that the AI-driven tool uses both public and private data sources to cultivate accurate, immediate responses and carry out actions. SIPPIO Beacon intends to simplify the process for resellers and service provider partners, making it easier to support customers in migrating their communications to platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

SIPPIO outlines that Beacon is set for general release in early 2025, with a beta preview for select partners launching shortly.

More Specifics On SIPPIO Beacon’s Feature Set

SIPPIO says that Beacon introduces a range of features designed to streamline operations and drive business growth.

One standout feature is Conversational Support, which aims to eliminate the need to search through extensive knowledge bases or internet results. Instead, users can ask SIPPIO Beacon for assistance with tasks such as making changes within the SIPPIO Portal, Teams Admin Center, or Zoom. SIPPIO stresses that the conversational interface simplifies processes and saves valuable time for users.

Another critical feature is Efficient Actions. SIPPIO Beacon can produce quotes, activate services, or make configuration changes rapidly by utilising business insights. For example, a user might prompt it with, “Build a quote for ACME Industries with six SIPPIO Connect seats and text messaging using our average state & local government pricing in the UK.” This capability seeks to affirm that complex tasks are handled efficiently, allowing channel partners to respond to customer needs more effectively.

Business Intelligence is also highlighted as a core component of SIPPIO Beacon. The platform provides actionable insights derived from customer data, empowering partners to make strategic decisions. SIPPIO cites an example where a partner focused on increasing average revenue per user can ask, “Based on my customer subscriptions, suggest accounts I should contact about adding SIPPIO Reporting by Analytics 365 to their accounts.” These tailored recommendations help businesses maximise their revenue potential.

Finally, SIPPIO says that Beacon excels in Smart Data Use, drawing from both public and private data sources to deliver advanced business analysis. SIPPIO adds that it can also activate services and suggest upselling opportunities based on relevant insights. By leveraging data intelligently, SIPPIO emphasises that Beacon enhances operational efficiency and supports partners in identifying new avenues for growth and expansion.

What Else Has SIPPIO Been Up To Recently?

In August, SIPPIO launched SIPPIO Bridge, a solution empowering organisations to connect their classic PBX systems to Zoom and Microsoft Teams collaboration platforms.

SIPPIO’s new Bridge service is designed to help businesses maximise their existing PBX investments by enhancing their functionality with the collaboration features of leading platforms such as Teams and Zoom. This approach established the foundation for a seamless transition to an advanced cloud voice solution over time.

In June, SIPPIO partnered with Solgari to empower the channel with AI-powered customer engagement solutions in Microsoft Teams.

The strategic partnership seeks to strengthen channel partners’ capabilities by incorporating Solgari’s native Microsoft Teams Contact Center solution into SIPPIO’s growing portfolio of complementary services. This integration aspires to equip channel partners with a comprehensive, all-in-one solution designed to address the varied communication needs of their customers.

Meanwhile, SIPPIO and Clerk Chat partnered to launch an integrated text messaging solution for Microsoft Teams in May.

SIPPIO Text Messaging by Clerk Chat, available either as a stand-alone option for current Teams Phone users or as part of a bundle with SIPPIO’s voice solutions, seamlessly integrates SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp Business into Teams. This offering aims to enable channel partners to broaden their market reach, create new demand opportunities, enhance customer value, and increase average revenue per user.
