MIA OP currently supports English and Hebrew, with plans to expand language availability in the second half of 2025. The solution has already seen real-world deployment, with customer installations completed in the first quarter of 2025.
More Specifics On Meeting Insights On-Prem’s Feature Set
As a member of the AudioCodes Meeting Insights portfolio, the vendor asserts that MIA OP equips organisations with a secure, centralised platform to capture, organise, and retain every essential meeting detail, without reliance on cloud infrastructure. Designed for full-on-premises deployment, the solution leverages advanced generative AI to produce accurate transcriptions, concise summaries, and actionable insights quickly and precisely.
MIA OP allows extensive customisation, including user-defined terminology dictionaries to enhance transcription accuracy. AudioCodes highlights features such as automatic speaker separation, contextual punctuation, and real-time editing tools, further elevating documentation quality. The company adds that users can instantly refine transcripts and summaries, ensuring outputs meet the highest standards.
To streamline post-meeting workflows, MIA OP includes a built-in task management module that automates the distribution of meeting summaries and facilitates easy assignment and tracking of follow-up actions.
AudioCodes says the platform also supports hybrid and remote participation via telephony, thanks to the company’s voice connectivity solutions. It integrates seamlessly with leading UC and CX systems. It can also be deployed in conjunction with AudioCodes’ Interaction Insights for compliant call recording, aiming to ensure all voice comms are securely captured and stored in accordance with industry regulations.
