Call2Teams from Qunifi is now offering greater functionality and capacity for larger enterprise customers. The Call2Teams offering adds voice functionality to Microsoft Teams around existing enterprise-grade communication solutions. The cloud-native product sits between any SIP Trunk provider, PBX, or Phone System, and Microsoft Teams with no hardware or software required.

The Call2Teams offering doesn’t require any number porting or carrier changes, and users don’t have to replace their existing phone system. The UCaaS solution is fully developed and maintained by Qunifi, and offers an extensive level of interoperability, combined with ongoing innovation for new functionality. This all-in-one solution provides Telco partners, IT groups, and Voice leaders a go-to-market solution for Microsoft Teams voice.

Now, the enhanced Large Tenant Mode from Call2Teams ensures that the service can support large enterprises with ease. The system supports a massive 100k users per customer.

A New Large Tenant Mode

To provide the Large Tenant Mode on Call2Teams, Qunifi has built a full integration with the customer’s Active Directory (enterprise) environment, allowing rapid configuration of Teams voice for thousands of users. Support is also available for group-based licensing to further streamline the process for bigger brands.

Call2Teams will also offer a management and portal API to accommodate large user numbers too, as well as to support automated deployment for partner PBX platforms. The newly introduced Large Tenant Mode means that Call2Teams will now be suitable for companies of all sizes. Delivered via UCaaS with no minimum user requirements, the solution provides a fully adaptable and cost-effective way to voice-enable Teams.

According to Qunifi, the service is fully flexible and can be deployed on a user-by-user case, with scaling to suit the demands of businesses of any size, around the globe.
