Leading provider of cloud communications, contact centre, and video collaboration solutions, CoreDial, just announced a new acquisition. CoreDial is purchasing eZuce’s assets, a video collaboration, and communications tech vendor. Included in this purchase are products like Vibe, the innovative video collaboration platform on the cloud.
CoreDial will also be acquiring the UniteMe UC solution from eZuce and the ReachMe service for contact centre operations. The terms of the transactions remain under wraps.
The purchase of eZuce and its cloud-based solution for video collaboration accelerates CoreDial’s need to provide partners with an enterprise-class solution that satisfies an escalating demand for scalable, secure, and feature-rich collaboration.
New Technology for CoreDial

CoreDial will support existing customers and partners of eZuce video, contact centre, and UC solutions. According to the CEO of CoreDial, Alan Rihm, the company is all-in on video. This acquisition underscores the company’s quest to satisfy a need for enterprise-class video operations. In addition to adding competitive and innovative new technology to the portfolio, CoreDial is equally excited to welcome the experienced eZuce team into the CoreDial family so that the company can deliver more value to customers of all backgrounds.
Integrating eZuce Video Collaboration
According to CoreDial, the company will be integrating the eZuce video collaboration technology into its market-leading platform, CoreNexa. This enables CoreDial partners to deliver, sell, manage, and invoice tools for state-of-the-art video, unified communications, and contact centre solutions within a single interface. The company will also be able to streamline provisioning, onboarding, and contact centre management this way.
CoreDial will also be making the video collaboration services and software available as a standalone offering, enabling channel partners to sell feature-rich, over-the-top video solutions. According to Roopam Jain, the Senior Industry Director for Frost and Sullivan, video meetings are now more valuable than ever. COVID-19 increased demand for secure, reliable, ,and scalable solutions.
The acquisition of eZuce and Vibe from CoreDial aligns with the most dramatic shifts in the future of business operations. This transaction will help CoreDial’s channel partners to stay ahead of the competition in a variety of markets with comprehensive cloud communication solutions.
