According to recent studies from Branded Research, this cohesive experience is crucial to driving better productivity in the workforce. The study found that 72% of knowledge workers actively reduce the number of applications on their phones to ensure simplicity. Additionally, one in four survey respondents said that they would be unwilling to work at a company that didn’t provide the right tools for communication (mobile phone 30%, video conferencing 28% and instant messaging 27%).
