Microsoft seems to be constantly introducing exciting news about its communication and collaboration portfolio. This particular announcement comes in the form of an update on the Microsoft Tech Community page. Here, Christina Torok for Microsoft announced that the Microsoft 365 group is launching a new “public preview” for an enhanced support service.

The Live Events Assistance solution aims to help customers deliver live event experiences through Microsoft video streaming solutions, ranging from Microsoft Stream, to Yammer and Teams. The program will provide in-depth assistance that assists customers in better understanding the functionality of different Microsoft Tools. What’s more, it will assist with the process of delivering live broadcasts too.

Creating a Better Streaming Experience

Microsoft supports customers in delivering on-demand broadcasts to audiences of up to 10,000 people at a time. However, up until recently, some companies have still found the concept of using technology to stream events online a little daunting. Thanks to Microsoft’s new Assistance program, you can launch inspiring new digital events like never before. Microsoft can provide assistance and guidance for any business in search of a new way to deliver the best possible event broadcasts over the web.

The Microsoft Live Events Assistance service will give teams everything they need to get more comfortable with setting up and delivering live events wherever they are. What’s more, you can even have a support rep available during your event, so that there’s someone on-hand to help if you have any questions during the stream.
