A Quick and Convenient Solution for Virtual Consultations
The Informatics team at CNTWNHS were able to implement and scale their new remote working solution from Modality Systems almost immediately, allowing thousands of staff members to work from home. This means that the group can now access Microsoft Teams for safe and efficient conversations between employees. Additionally, online patient consultations are now available through Modality Systems’ OneConsultation tech.
McKenna noted that while the offices were quickly emptying “back at base,” the productivity of the team was able to accelerate and improve thanks to remote working enabled by Modality.
