monday.com and Ziflow have partnered to deliver a fully integrated work management and proofing service to monday.com customers.
Enterprise-grade collaborative proofing platform Ziflow is launching an add-on through monday.com, representing the workplace collaboration colossus’s go-to online proofing tool. Through this partnership, monday.com customers can now set up a Ziflow instance directly through their monday.com account team, providing a fully integrated proofing and work management experience.
Olga Lykova, Head of Partnerships in North America at monday.com, said:
Marketing and creative teams thrive when their tools work together seamlessly. By partnering with Ziflow, we’re giving monday.com users an enterprise-grade proofing solution that eliminates friction in the review process, keeps projects on track, and helps teams collaborate more effectively across every state of creative development.”
The Creative Operations add-on, powered by Ziflow, aims to empower agencies, marketing teams, and in-house creative teams to streamline feedback cycles, accelerate approvals, and deliver content more efficiently—all within their monday.com environment. By integrating directly with monday.com, the add-on creates a seamless proofing and work management experience.
This solution offers extensive capabilities, including unlimited proofs and reviewers, support for 35 users, and over 4TB of free storage. Additionally, teams benefit from unlimited workflow stages and templates, ensuring structured and repeatable review processes. A comprehensive review history also enhances visibility and accountability throughout the creative process.
Now available for all monday.com Enterprise users, Ziflow’s enhanced integration aspires to simplify the onboarding experience for companies adopting monday.com. Organisations purchasing monday.com can easily incorporate Enterprise Creative Operations powered by Ziflow by selecting an Enterprise plan and adding the Creative Operations add-on to their package.
“Today’s in-house creative and marketing teams need a proofing and work management solution that can keep pace with the scale and complexity of modern content production,” added Anthony Welgemoed, CEO of Ziflow.
“Ziflow’s official add-on with monday.com ensures that any creative team—whether at a fast-moving agency or a global enterprise—can utilise a fully integrated, secure, and scalable way to manage creative approvals within monday.com, their existing work management platform that they love.”
What Major News Has monday.com Announced in 2025?
In February, monday.com announced that its AI-powered service platform, which elevates business service management, is out of beta and now available for all customers.
As an AI-driven Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform, monday service intends to empower service teams across the organisation to streamline operations and deliver exceptional support experiences more efficiently.
monday.com positions monday service as a centralised hub for service operations, designed to streamline workflows across IT, business, and service teams. By integrating smart automations, the platform helps agents prioritise critical issues while enhancing overall efficiency. It unifies requests, incidents, projects, and business data into a single system, fostering seamless collaboration and faster issue resolution without requiring additional resources.
Beyond internal operations, monday service also enables organisations to manage external customer and vendor requests, ensuring workflow continuity across all service interactions.
