Global provider of secure payment solutions for businesses in the cloud, PCI Pal, recently welcomed a new Chief Technology Officer. Mufti Monim will be taking on the role of CTO, responsible for directing the strategic technical vision of the brand.
Coming to PCI Pal from Deko, a retail finance cloud tech provider, Monim has excellent experience in the field. With Deko, Monim was also CTO, responsible for leading the engineering and product teams, as well as developing a market-leading platform used by over 1700 merchants. Monim led the team responsible for processing more than 2 million credit applications worth over £2 billion.
Before his time with Deko, Monim was also the Head of Technology for Labara Money, where he designed an international platform for financial transfers, achieving £100 million of transfers within the first 12 months of operation.
A Powerful New Presence at PCI Pal
Monim will be working with the PCI Pal leadership team, and reporting to CEO James Barham. Using his extensive experience and expertise within the cloud and payments technology environment, Monim will advance the company’s quest to become the preferred solution provider for payment security within environments for customer engagement.
Aside from supporting the company’s tech strategy, Monim will also be leading a product team for PCI Pal, which will be responsible for coming up with exciting new product features and enhancements that support the current marketplace.
According to Monim, he believes it’s a thrilling time to be joining such a fast-growing cloud business for payment security. PCI Pal has already established itself as a market leader for cloud solutions, offering exceptional opportunities for payment security.
