Kinly has appointed Duncan MacPherson as its new Global Service Director.
MacPherson joined the global provider of AV integration and collaboration services as a Support Manager back in 2009. Over the past 15 years, Kinly stressed that MacPherson has consistently demonstrated his value to the team, culminating in this promotion to Global Service Director.
MacPherson said:
I am thrilled to take on this new role within Kinly and lead the global service team. Our drive to deliver best-in-class technology and customer satisfaction aligns perfectly with my passion for innovation and operational efficiency. I look forward to delivering excellence on a global scale and driving our service offerings to new heights.”
With two decades of industry experience, Kinly emphasised that MacPherson’s track record in service management and operations positions him well to lead the strategic direction and execution of Kinly’s service portfolio. In his new role, he will oversee the service delivery management of these offerings, ensuring global consistency in delivery.
“Duncan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this new position,” commented Tom Martin, CEO of Kinly. “His proven track record of leadership and commitment to excellence make him the perfect fit to drive our service initiatives forward and further enhance our customer satisfaction levels.”
Kinly highlighted that MacPherson’s commitment to continuous growth and innovation will see him spearhead the advancement of operations and service offerings at the business. The company suggests he will be instrumental in developing service roadmaps in collaboration with IT and product marketing teams, crafting technical content, and operational documentation for marketing purposes.
Additionally, MacPherson will work closely with sales and marketing teams to create unique selling propositions, devise go-to-market strategies, and launch demand-generation campaigns to drive Kinly’s service portfolio to new heights.
“As Global Service Director, Duncan will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service organisation, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement,” added Martin. “His strategic vision and dedication to customer-centricity will ensure that Kinly remains at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.”
