Nuvola Distribution Announce Partnership with Braxtel Communications

Nuvola Distribution, a leading EMEA distributor, has announced another addition to its unified communications and network product portfolio, by becoming a strategic distributor for Braxtel Communications.

Nuvola Distribution, a leading EMEA distributor, has announced another addition to its unified communications and network product portfolio, by becoming a strategic distributor for Braxtel Communications, a contact centre software and solutions provider, based in Leicestershire, UK and Massachusetts, USA. Nuvola will distribute across the EMEA region in partnership with Braxtel by delivering contact centre software solutions and services to telecoms and hosted and cloud service providers.

Through Nuvola, EMEA resellers will be able to source Braxtel’s full range of products that include Contact Q Multi Media Contact Centre with artificial intelligence, chatbots, self-service and Cloud Recorder that is uniquely offered as a managed service and all of which is supported with advanced analytics data.
