Zoom – they’re trying to challenge Microsoft’s market dominance and have done a good job of expanding their portfolio.

That generative AI hasn’t gotten more traction based on all the hype around it.

What’s the biggest challenge you and your team will face in 2025?

Trying to find differentiation in the various vendors’ AI offerings – so much of them are “me too.” And of course, economic uncertainty in a changing world.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business in 2025 and why?

AI? Is there any other technology that people are talking about? AI has taken all the R&D and innovation dollars and is all anyone is focusing on.
