What has been your business/work highlight or achievement of 2025?

Guiding Today Digital’s Techtelligence platform to reshape how UC and CX markets are segmented for enterprise buyers. We moved from static market maps to outcome-based vendor clusters that actually reflect buyer behaviour.

Who do you think has had the most positive impact on the UC space in 2025 and why?

The independent analyst community that’s pushing past vendor hype — including our own team at UC Today and CX Today. They’ve been exploring the market and are eager to develop insights that buyers can utilise, rather than recycling marketing claims.

What was your biggest business surprise in 2025?

That even with the AI gold rush, enterprise buyers still struggle to extract measurable ROI from AI features in UC and CX platforms. Hype has clearly outpaced evidence.

What was the most useful business book/podcast you’ve read/listened to in 2025?

Intrinsic Motivation by Stefan Falk. It’s been invaluable for helping me to stay curious and sceptical under constant vendor pressure.

What’s the biggest challenge you and your team will face in 2026?

Articulating true vendor differentiation in an even more crowded UCaaS and CX market. Our job is to separate substantive capability shifts from clever marketing — and to do it at scale for our enterprise readership.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business in 2026 and why?

he biggest impact will come from the convergence of unified communications, collaboration, and customer experience into integrated platforms. We’re moving beyond voice, messaging, and meetings toward environments that unify workflows, data, and interactions — reshaping how we analyse and deliver insights at Today Digital.
