The cloud communication platform provider, Dialpad, has partnered with MIA Distribution, increasing its customer reach in Australia.

MIA Distribution, an Australian UCaaS provider, will be able to extend its offerings to include what Dialpad calls its TrueCaaS (truly Unified Communications as a Service) solution.

Dialpad recently partnered with Google to list its UC-CC solution on the Google Cloud Marketplace.

Brad Milne, Managing Director, MIA Distribution, said: “We are thrilled with the new Dialpad partnership. It is the first partnership of its kind and an exceptional milestone for Dialpad and MIA Distribution. Dialpad’s innovative cloud platform and unique product suite allow clients to implement the solutions that best fit and support their customers.”

“Partnering with Dialpad expands our ability to provide first-rate choices to our resellers and we look forward to additional growth and success as a result of this partnership.”

Dialpad’s TrueCaaS is a device-agnostic cloud communications platform designed for businesses of all sizes.

The TrueCaaS solution includes a management display console that integrates all parts of a computer infrastructure, simplifying the process and improving the user experience.

Dialpad combines its proprietary AI in Australian English, ASR (automated speech recognition) and natural language processing (NLP) to enable transcription analysis, automated note-taking, sentiment tracking, and call coaching.

Gerard D’Onofrio, Country Manager, Australia, Dialpad, said:

“Australia is a key market for Dialpad and we are very excited to partner with MIA Distribution because of their expertise in the business communications market.”

“This partnership allows Dialpad to deliver dynamic and profitable solutions to a wide range of channel partners, resellers, MSPs, telecommunications service providers and carriers, and support large and complex, multi-site rollouts throughout the region on Dialpad approved/compatible devices.”

Launch events are happening in Sydney and Melbourne in April, but Dialpad’s technology is already available via MIA Distribution.

Dialpad first entered the Australian market in January 2020 through its partnership with Untangled ICT for reseller services.

The CFO of Dialpad shared its plans for international expansion with UC Today recently.
