Enreach UK, the new name for Network Telecom following its acquisition by Enreach, has announced its strategy to target the direct-to-business market with a comprehensive portfolio of cloud-based communications and collaboration offerings. The company, which has served more than 5,000 businesses across the UK, was established in 1997 providing business telephony, hosted voice, lines and calls, connectivity, mobile and IT services. Following the rebrand, Enreach UK is bringing a comprehensive UC product portfolio to the UK market this year.
This includes Enreach products such as contact centre as-a-service (CCaaS), Chat artificial intelligence (AI), electronic point of sale (EPOS) and multi-channel sales solutions, as well as an upgrade to its proprietary cloud telephony solution, Enreach Contact. Enreach UK will also provide customers with cloud-based PBX systems, business-grade broadband for home and office workers, contact centre and mobile unified communications as well as continuing to provide fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) and flexible ICT services.
Although Enreach acts as a supplier to resellers in many markets, the long-established customer base of Enreach UK will see the company continue to develop its direct-to-business customer base, supporting customers in their migrations from traditional on-premises PBX solutions to cloud. These are well underway and have been accelerated by the pandemic as organisations harness the flexibility of cloud to enable home and hybrid working.
“In the last few months, we’ve found that businesses are looking for the personal touch and want to talk to the person that who provides the service,” said Duncan Ward, Chief Executive Officer, Enreach UK. “Customers leant heavily on us in lockdown and we’ve seen them accelerate their moves from traditional PBX into cloud solutions. It’s great to bring the Enreach cloud-based UC portfolio to our customers and become their go-to communications provider as we navigate the new normal together.”
Ward points out that the direct-to-business model enables Enreach UK to be highly responsive to customer needs and to deeply understand their challenges and goals. “We’ve been talking to customers on a case-by-case basis and, because we have the complete suite of services, we can be a one-stop shop for them, setting up VPNs and Office 365 and mobile services,” he added.
“We’ve put in a lot of effort to create home worker bundles that bring together plug and play Wi-Fi enabled handsets as well as mobile devices, connectivity and other essential hardware and services”
Enreach UK is targeting the direct-to-business market because it thinks customers prefer to be served by organisations that have experience of developing products. “We have a team of dedicated account managers and offer 24/7 customer support from our technical team, with engineers and customer service on hand,” he explained. “There are some great resellers and Network Telecom was one, but customers welcome the security of having larger infrastructure behind us in terms of both the products and the financial strength of Enreach. Enreach UK offers the perfect blend of personal touch, expert knowledge, choice of products and stability.”
