Evolve IP and Dubber have partnered to develop an AI-powered call recording platform for businesses.
Evolve IP and Dubber’s speech intelligence platform is powered by Dubber’s “Moments” called Anywhere Call Recording. Moments is Dubber’s award-winning network-based speech intelligence and pre-packaged sentiment analysis to enhance the customer experience. It is a productised AI that integrates quickly with many platforms already in businesses’ tech stack.
Alex Finn, Global Partner Manager at Evolve IP, commented:
It empowers businesses to tap into business intelligence, driving growth, enhancing customer experiences, and optimising operations for efficiency and productivity. It turns all business conversations on multiple platforms, including Microsoft Teams, into critical data for compliance, business continuity and productivity.”
The call recording platform uses voice AI and empowers businesses to record every call, chat and video within the organisation or with customers. It also allows businesses to replay recordings and provide critical insights from every conversation on any device.
How The Platform Works
Anywhere Call Recording allows businesses to capture, assess and react to critical conversations.
“We use AI to identify a key moment within a conversation,” Finn said. “We gain a deeper understanding of the moment within the context of the entire conversation and connect moments across all conversations to deliver insights that help make informed business decisions.”
Finn argued that Anywhere Call Recording, as a trained AI service, can revolutionise communication service providers by extracting critical insights from the vast amount of voice data present in their networks, resulting in better recommendations for their customers.
Advanced AI and natural language processing capabilities allow Anywhere Call Recording to assess conversations and identify critical moments based on context. Actions, complaints and other conversational contexts can be identified and flagged for activity quickly — producing immediate insights from the voice data.
Businesses aren’t provided with simple transcripts but actionable intelligence from each call, chat and video. This has implications for any service provider wanting deeper insight from their conversations without needing significant in-house AI budgets and teams.
“Our aim is to enhance the overall customer experience and enable contact centre and support leaders to quickly identify and respond to client issues, train new employees and document customer calls,” Finn added. “Key use cases include sales coaching, HR, telemedicine, business compliance and merger and acquisition processes.”
Dubber Growing List of Partners
Earlier this month, Dubber and Alianza partnered to make conversational AI technology available to over 200 communication service providers (CSPs).
Dubber will introduce its AI-powered conversational intelligence offerings to the Alianza platform, providing advanced insights to the latter’s CSP customers. The integration of Dubber’s portfolio of capture tools and AI-driven insights enables Alianza to equip CSPs with cutting-edge features to place them at the lead of the global adoption of conversational intelligence technology.
The feature set developed by the partnership and now available to Alianza’s CSP customers includes unified recording, in-depth analytics, and voice AI, empowering service providers to maximise value from their communication data. It also generates services for uniquely differentiated end users.
What UC Today Said about Evolve IP’s UCaaS Solution, Evolve UC
UC Today reviewed Evolve IP’s UCaaS solution earlier this year, an all-in-one solution targeted at businesses looking for a convenient way to upgrade their comms stack by leveraging the flexibility of the cloud.
“Evolve IP’s end-to-end conferencing, collaboration, and communication platform serves the needs of modern companies breaking away from legacy tools in search of a more agile online platform,” UC Today‘s review wrote. “The Global Collaboration system supports teams wherever they are, regardless of which device they might be using. Users can also choose to merge the functionality offered by Evolve IP with the tools they’re already using, thanks to in-depth Microsoft and Cisco partnerships.”
