Communications provider, InReach is now one of only four companies in the UK to be given the Technical Alliance Partner status with leading communications brand, Gamma. The InReach Communications brand was established to complement the leading Group of “easycopiers” companies. Now entering its third year on the market, the business providers new and existing customers with reliable telecoms solutions, offering support in the increasingly complicated world of cloud telephony and connectivity.

Excellent for businesses dealing with the current demands of digital transformation, InReach has earned a fantastic reputation throughout the UK. According to InReach Communications Director, James Badham, the brand knew that it was entering into an already saturated market when it came to the communications world. As such, InReach was eager to differentiate itself and set new standards. Today, Badham believes that customers want to know that their telecommunications are being handled by a company that understands their business objectives and goals.

A New Step Forward for InReach

The InReach brand aims to make sense of an increasingly overwhelming selection of information for clients, so that those users can continue to concentrate on their day-to-day operations. According to James Badham, this kind of offering is only possible when a service provider has the right people, accreditations, and commitment to constant evolution.

Gamma only recently added the Technical Alliance tier to their already award-winning partner programme, but it’s already having a significant impact on the market. The new tier aims to recognise Gamma partners who are committed to keeping their teams knowledgeable and engaged with the Gamma solutions they sell. Partner Programme Manager, Louise Fairley from Gamma, commented on InReach’s position as a new Technical Alliance partner with the brand. According to Fairley, the success of the Gold and Platinum partner programmes has allowed Gamma to expand new opportunities for its partner base.

Joining the Technical Alliance Partner Programme

Gamma recognises that there are a lot of partners in the market committed to selling Gamma products. The brand feels that these partners should be rewarded for their commitment and given extra support to grow their business operations. Technical Alliance Partners are committed to ongoing expertise and development in their chosen speciality areas.

In return for their hard work and loyalty to the Gamma brand, Technical Alliance partners like InReach will be given annual support for their marketing funding. What’s more, InReach will also receive an accreditation logo which they can use as part of their marketing and website collateral. Gamma will also be providing full access to the Gamma Accelerate premium features to partners, as well as support from the Gamma Marketing Team.
