The further we get into 2017, the more we begin to see that this year could be a time of transition and development for many telecommunications companies. As new technology and trends emerge, it’s likely that we’re going to see several new players on the market offering exciting new products for enterprises and businesses alike. In an effort to get ahead of this big transitional period, voice over IP company VoIP Unlimited recently revealed a brand-new look, designed to upscale their brand and help them make the right impression on modern audiences.

The new look comes shortly after VoIP unlimited celebrate their 11th birthday. The company believe that the brand should be matched perfectly with their devotion to high-quality tech and sophisticated products, and have felt that this is their time to shine, with a director appointment, full automation for channel partners, and a new product launch.

A New Beginning for VoIP Unlimited

VoIP Unlimited have long earned their reputation as a company that puts customers first. The brand will continue to put the needs of its customers at the forefront of all developments as it moves into this next branding strategy, but they believe that their new brand should help to display more than just their reliable service.

Recently, VoIP Unlimited has seen a great deal of attention across the BBC thanks to their award-winning broadband services, but they’ve also seen plenty of organic growth too, thanks to their voice optimised private networks, and unique service infrastructure. VoIP Unlimited was constructed from the ground-up by the ex-Aviation and Nuclear Industry Founding directors, and they’ve achieved a significant advantage over their competitors with reliable technology born from a motto of finding better ways to do VoIP.

The current consumer base for VoIP Unlimited is extremely widespread, including everyone from government agencies to formula one teams. As a tech-lead company, branding up until now hasn’t been much of a priority for the business, but they feel that it’s time to make themselves known in the world of telecommunications.

Bringing VoIP Unlimited to Life

Previously, VoIP Unlimited have been regarded as something of a sleeping dragon in the world of Telecoms. Though they offer an incredible service and reliable technology to their customers, they’ve also been vastly overlooked because of their low-key exposure and limited branding efforts. Since then, however, the brand has chosen to bring in a new marketing force to dedicate more attention towards the external presence of their company.

According to the MD of VoIP Unlimited, Mark Pillow, since the company was first established they have been devoting their time to focusing completely on their network, infrastructure, and new products. However, now that more than a decade has passed with the company building a strong and reliable reputation, they felt it was time to make a change to their image, and ensure that customers saw them for what they truly were. Pillow noted that he was “really pleased with the new look”, and commented that the functionality of the VoIP Unlimited website has been improved too.
