“Now, there’s just a single transaction, the final buyer is the customer, but there needs to be an invoice from the primary company to the seller and an invoice from the seller to the customer.

The MLCM software is part of OneBill’s overall solution that brings together billing and revenue operations into a single unified platform.

The Multi-Level Channel Management adds many features to the main solution, such as N-tier channel hierarchy, white label bill-on-behalf, real-time commissions, and more.

OneBill’s MLCM software allows UCaaS providers to manage their channel partners via an N-tier channel hierarchy.

Users can add different types of channel partners, such as value-added resellers, managed service providers, agents, and more, at each level of the hierarchy.

This aims to help partners power their capabilities with end customer creation and subscriber management support at all levels.

Levels can also be created for various factors, such as different countries or geographical locations, to suit the needs of organisations worldwide.

OneBill allows users to white-label its entire billing platform and host it as if it was their own to enhance the customer experience via a custom URL.

This feature has also been added to the MLCM software to enable partners and even their partners to white-label the solution to provide customer invoices with their branding.

OneBill has even made it possible for your partners to view and manage their subscribers, add their products to the channel and manage billing via the software.

  • Manage end customers by creating quotes and orders before sending out invoices.
  • Add their products or value-added services in the form of a hybrid catalogue.

MLCM users can configure flexible settlements and define the process for each partner with multiple settlement modes depending on what organisation is managing the subscriber.

OneBill has added support for a fixed cost, revenue share, profit share, fixed commission, commission on profits, percent commission, and more.

There is also the ability to customise the cost at the time of the sale or per reseller or geographical location.

Users can enable automated commissions in real-time using the MLCM software, providing that the commissions are based on an agreed set of rules such as a percentage defined or monetary value.

The program also allows reseller costs to be calculated in real-time, with settlement amounts calculated when the subscriber charges are generated.

OneBill has built the MLCM software to recognise when transactions are ready for settlement by the end customer invoice status.

There are also real-time viewing capabilities for service providers and channel partners so they can see settlement transactions.
