Reinvent Telecom has added NetSapiens’ next-generation, white-label unified communications and collaboration platform to its portfolio.

The award-winning and cloud-native platform will now have an increased audience through Reinvent’s community of resellers, which includes managed service providers, broadband providers, and telecom resellers.

Reinvent, which also offers contact centre as a service, direct routing for Microsoft Teams, SIP trunking, and business messaging solutions, announced its product collaboration with NetSapiens today at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Las Vegas.

David Ansehl, Director of Channels at Reinvent, commented on the addition of the NetSapiens platform: “We’re looking forward to offering MSPs, telecom resellers and broadband providers a choice of platforms to best meet their needs.

The addition of the NetSapiens platform offers our reseller partners next-generation capabilities, flexibility and cost-efficiencies that can help them to grow their white-label wholesale or cobranded cloud communications businesses.”

NetSapiens has a full suite of UC, video conferencing, collaboration, and contact centre solutions, which it currently delivers to more than 200 service providers that service over four million users worldwide.

Crexendo, which acquired NetSapiens in 2021, was ranked as the fastest-growing UCaaS platform in North America last year and won the Frost and Sullivan 2024 Competitive Strategy Leadership Award for outstanding achievement in cloud communications.

According to Reinvent, its reseller partners will be gaining a high-availability, multitenant solution.

Reinvent is currently planning to roll out the NetSapiens platform to its partners later this year.

Reinvent’s Partner Programmes

As part of its existing partner programmes, Reinvent has a white-label and cobranded partner programme available to resellers.

The ‘White-Label Partner Program’ is for certified Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs) looking to take advantage of Reinvent’s technology stack, technical support, engineers, and private-label billing programme. White-label partners can sell under their own brand, choose their own rates, and own their customers.

Reinvent’s ‘CoBranded Partner Program’ enables businesses to profit from their work as white-label communications providers and hand over taxing and remittance, billing, and regulatory compliance to Reinvent. Co-branded partners are able to sell under their own brand, set their own rates, retain every cent of the profits, and keep control of the customer experience.

Jon Brinton, Chief Revenue Officer for Crexendo Inc., the parent company of NetSapiens, believes Reinvent will be a good fit for its partner base:  “We’re eager to introduce our UC&C platform to Reinvent’s community of reseller partners.

“The NetSapiens platform was designed for service providers and offers an unprecedented level of profitability, customization and ease of use.

Reinvent’s network, technology stack, engineering team, NOC, regulatory compliance, taxing and remittance and billing services complement the technological capabilities of our platform well and will deliver tremendous value to Reinvent’s white-label reseller partners.”

This is not Crexendo’s first strategic partnership. In 2022, it teamed up with Mavenir to share and expand their respective UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.

Crexendo integrated Mavenir’s Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution, which includes omnichannel customer engagement, automation, and chatbots. Meanwhile, Mavenir implemented Crexendo’s UCaaS technology.

UC Today’s Tom Wright spoke to Doug Gaylor, COO at Crexendo, following its acquisition of NetSapiens.
