AudioCodes is tightening its integration with Cisco Webex, announcing a trio of new certifications that streamline how IT teams deploy and manage cloud voice.
The company has been named a Certified Enablement Provider, Certified Calling Provider, and Certified Mobile Calling Provider for Webex Go – unlocking faster, more flexible PSTN connectivity options for enterprises and their telecom partners.
At the core of these certifications is AudioCodes Live Platform, the company’s white-label, multi-tenant SaaS offering that simplifies delivery of cloud voice services.
“These Webex Calling certifications are an important milestone for AudioCodes and our Live Platform SaaS offering,” said Lior Aldema, Chief Business Officer at AudioCodes.
“Leveraging over three decades of experience in delivering telephony solutions, Live Platform includes everything service providers and partners need to accelerate and simplify the delivery of reliable and scalable Webex Calling services, as well as revenue-boosting, value-added UCaaS services for enterprises.”
“AudioCodes’ solutions enable service providers and partners to reduce time to market and boost revenues by offering reliable and high-quality Webex Calling voice services to enterprise customers looking to increase productivity and reap the benefits of cloud telephony,” said Amey Parandekar, Vice President, Product Management, Webex Calling.
For IT leaders managing hybrid environments, this could mean less time dealing with infrastructure and more time optimising user experience.

What’s new?
Enablement Provider status means service providers can piggyback on AudioCodes’ infrastructure to become Webex-certified – skipping the heavy lifting of building their own voice backbone.
Certified Calling Provider status allows AudioCodes to deliver PSTN connectivity directly via Cloud Connect, giving Webex Calling users a secure, fully integrated dial tone.
Certified Mobile Calling Provider for Webex Go brings mobile numbers into the fold, allowing employees to use a single identity across desktop, mobile, and softphone – a key benefit for remote-first and hybrid teams.
The company’s Session Border Controllers (SBCs) – already widely deployed – are now also certified as Third-Party Gateways for on-premises PSTN connectivity (formerly Local Gateway), supporting hybrid setups where local breakout is still needed.
What This Means: The Bottom Line for IT Leaders
For the wider industry, AudioCodes’ expanded certification with Cisco marks another step toward the convergence of voice infrastructure and cloud-native collaboration platforms. As enterprises continue shifting away from legacy telephony, vendors that simplify integration and reduce onboarding friction are likely to play a growing role in shaping the future of unified communications.
It also reflects a broader industry trend: telecom providers are increasingly positioning themselves not just as connectivity enablers, but as agile service platforms.
By offering certified, white-label infrastructure that others can build on, AudioCodes is helping decentralise innovation – allowing smaller players and regional service providers to compete in global UCaaS markets without the overhead of building and maintaining complex voice systems from scratch.
This could mean fewer voice integration headaches, faster onboarding for global sites, and a clearer path to scalable UCaaS.
