Tollring has announced its innovative AI-powered call recording solution, Record AI, is now available.

Now being distributed to channel partners, Record AI is a platform-agnostic cloud call recording solution that streamlines compliance efforts and offers automated intelligence to a provider’s product lineup.

Tollring emphasises that Record AI is an essential component of its integrated portfolio of call and collaboration analytics solutions. This empowers service providers to distinguish themselves and enhance their offerings with a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge software applications.

“We are making compliant AI-driven recording and analysis accessible to all businesses, across every team within an organisation, not just those in a formal contact centre.,” said Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring. “This out-of-the-box state-of-the-art and future-proof recording solution presents a huge opportunity for partners to achieve substantial profits with minimal investment.”

With little disruption, partners can offer fast to deploy, easy-to-use cloud recording with powerful AI-driven analytics, to engage many more customers. The AI element enables a business to be more effective at seeing clearly what their customer service looks like and where to make improvements, using automation and analysis at scale.”

Record AI is available across several platforms, including Cisco BroadWorks, Microsoft Teams, and SBCs for IP networks. The vendor stresses that it seamlessly integrates with Tollring’s comprehensive suite of call and workplace analytics tools, allowing partners to cross-sell services efficiently.

More Details On Record AI

The intelligence and automation embedded within Record AI empower organisations to analyse conversation topics and sentiment across interactions at scale.

Unlike reviewing a select subset of calls, Record AI comprehensively assesses all interactions, enabling businesses to pinpoint the behaviours that drive optimal customer experiences. This addresses the needs of mid to larger enterprises seeking enhanced automation for sentiment analysis and evaluation with minimal manual effort.

Record AI automatically detects specific keywords and topics without the need to listen to every call. Clips from recordings are straightforwardly highlighted and instantly shared for review in a secure manner. AI-driven analysis across extensive datasets without human intervention allows for swift insights into customer sentiment and behavioural trends and, ultimately, identifies strategies for enhancing business performance.

When integrated with Tollring’s suite of call and collaboration analytics solutions, channel partners can differentiate their services by providing robust, state-of-the-art workforce productivity services encompassing all aspects of a customer’s business operations.

What Has Tollring Been Up To Recently?

In March, Tollring integrated its Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Call Recording services into the TCAP platform as part of a new global strategic alliance between the two companies.

The TCAP platform, known as the ‘TCAP Services Hub,’ is a premier automation provisioning platform for service providers. It enables them to offer Microsoft Teams Voice Services alongside a range of voice and migration services. Designed to simplify provisioning, configuration, and billing, it will now also include call analytics and recording services.

Positioning itself as a “leading telco-as-a-service company”, PingCo focuses on streamlining the essential processes for service providers, managed service providers, and systems integrators following approval to join Microsoft’s Operator Connect and Direct Routing programs.

Meanwhile, last September, the vendor introduced iCall Suite call analytics for Microsoft Teams Phone, which businesses can use to analyse and improve customer experience.

Tollring asserts that iCall Suite for Teams enhances the value of resellers’ Microsoft portfolios, fostering growth in customer ARPU and retention rates within a competitive market landscape.

In 2021, Tollring introduced Analytics 365, a workplace analytics native app for Microsoft Teams, enabling managers to gain insights into employee wellbeing and productivity. The iCall Suite further solidified Tollring’s partnership with Microsoft, expanding on the success of Analytics 365, which was added to the Microsoft Teams marketplace in 2023 as a transactable app.
