In an effort to continue the expansion of their ever-growing service portfolio, Unified Communications dynamo, Elitetele.com recently purchased Comms Supply, their 13th business purchase since 2008.
Comms Supply, a Norwich-based business communications service provider, has been brought out of liquidation thanks to the new deal from Elitetele.com, with all employees now joining the purchasing company. Comms Supply is well known for offering phone lines, mobiles, various hardware systems, internet connectivity, disaster recovery services, and cloud-based PBX. Earlier in the year, the company was awarded the “Specialist Partner” Vodafone status.
The Future for Comms Supply
With the purchase officially underway, Comms Supply has announced that it will be continuing to provide all its customers with the same high-quality service offerings. The company will be run by the same people, but the acquisition means that they will now have access to the Elitetele.com portfolio of services and products, operating under the new brand.
Currently, Elitetele.com, which has around £20 million available to invest in firms which they believe have niche services and technologies to offer their customers, has now purchased a total of 13 businesses since 2008. The MD of Comms Supply, Karl Alderton, apparently approached the CEO and founder of Elitetele.com, Matt Newing, for assistance. As the company approached liquidation, Alderton went to Elitetele.com over Instagram to ask for help from one entrepreneur to another.
According to Matt Newing, he could see the passion that Alderton had for his sector, and felt empathy with the challenges that he faced in attempting to manage sales growth while still being distracted by the various requirements of acting as a managing director.
Growing a New Business
In a commentary on the latest purchase, Matt Newing stated that, by purchasing Comms Supply, the business is currently giving Karl and the whole of the company a new chance to start growing the business with the wider support of a full team. So far, Karl has created a fantastic business reputation for the company, working within the IT channel to help deliver telecoms and connectivity in connection with wider solutions for IT.
Elitetele.com believe that the new purchase will help them to offer their clients a more comprehensive portfolio while ensuring that Comms Supply now has the resources to give their clients a committed and highly-skilled customer service team to offer complete support and backup when it’s needed most. Elitetele.com noted that they’re constantly searching for new ways to improve their IT service, and they believe that Comms Supply will help to deliver new energy and ideas to the current framework.
To date, Elitetele.com employs more than 150 staff located in a range of 6 offices in Chorley, London, Derby, Stoke, Madrid, and Lancaster.
