Enreach has announced the launch of Voiceworks in the UK, providing a portfolio of hosted VoIP, fixed-mobile convergence (FMC), mobile services, connectivity, and cloud communications tools.

The solutions are exclusively for channel partners and are designed to give greater control, adaptability, and value.

“Voice is still at the heart of business comms – but the market around it has lost its focus,” said Gareth Long, Business Development & Product Portfolio Director at Voiceworks.

“Channel is often an afterthought, with generic tech and transactional support.

We created Voiceworks to bring voice back to the forefront of business communications. Many solutions in the market today rely on generic platforms and lack true channel support.

“Voiceworks is different, as part of the Enreach group we have our own technology stack, operate with a partner-first mindset, and have access to one of the most advanced UCaaS ecosystems in Europe. This isn’t about reselling or rebadging; it’s about building something better from the ground up, combining local focus with European scale.”

What the News Means for UC Channel Partners and Service Providers in the UK

For UC channel partners and service providers, Voiceworks is pitched as a statement of intent. Built on Enreach’s own tech stack and designed with a partner-first mindset, Voiceworks aims to hand greater control back to the channel. The end goal is no more reselling cookie-cutter solutions or navigating clunky support, but delivering smarter, more adaptable services that partners can truly make their own.

It’s a welcome shift from transactional models to meaningful collaboration, aspiring to give partners the tools and the backing to stand out in a crowded market.

Powered by Proprietary Tech, Driven by Partners

Voiceworks distinguishes itself by utilising Enreach’s proprietary tech stack and adopting a partner-first approach, aiming to re-establish voice communication as a central component of business operations.

The platform delivers a complete portfolio of hosted VoIP, FMC, mobile services, connectivity, and cloud communications tools, all designed to give partners greater control, adaptability, and value.

Enreach says the Voiceworks portfolio is built entirely on proprietary technology, giving it full ownership of its product roadmap, quality, and user experience.

From Swyx to Voiceworks – A New Chapter for the UK Channel?

Voiceworks enters the market with deep roots in the UK channel.

Until now, the Enreach group’s UK partner presence operated under the Swyx brand, which will remain a key part of the portfolio.

Enreach says Voiceworks “represents the next chapter”, a new UK brand launching with its own full-IPR voice technology stack and a future-focused roadmap shaped by UK partner needs.

Meet Shomi: Enreach’s Smart Sidekick

Last month, Enreach announced the launch of Shomi – an AI-powered personal assistant aimed at enhancing the communications and collaboration of its Enreach Contact solution.

The firm says the tool simplifies tasks that typically take time and effort, such as managing calls and voicemails, summarising meetings, or sharing notes.

Key capabilities of the AI assistant include call screening to filter spam calls, call analysis to provide summaries, smart voicemail to convert voicemails into text, and even on-site meeting capture that transcribes, summarises, and translates meetings.
