Zoom has announced a revamp of its Zoom Up Partner Program to make its ecosystem more attractive to sellers as the company scales.

“Our previous partner program served us well in the early stages, but it wasn’t built to scale with the diversity and growth of our global partner ecosystem,”

Nick Tidd, Head of Global Channel GTM at Zoom, said.

The updates aim to replace the rigid checklist system with a dynamic points-based framework.

What’s New for Partners?

Zoom is introducing distinct tracks for resale and agency partners, ensuring assessments and rewards are tailored to each partner’s specific business model.

The program now features a flexible, points-based system that allows partners to earn credit for activities that align most closely with their goals.

Partners will benefit from a fixed annual assessment period, giving them structure and predictability to better plan their year.

Zoom Services Certification program is also being integrated into Zoom Up and combined with existing Sales Competencies. This enhanced segmentation will recognize partners for their specific areas of expertise.

It will also clearly communicate to customers the value of program levels and attributes, making it easier to identify the partners best suited for their needs.

New Sentiments, Same Strengths

These new features will be complemented by a new partner dashboard. In Q1 of 2026, Zoom will launch the dashboard to simplify performance tracking and give partners a clear view of their targets and achievements.

With these updates, Zoom is positioning its partner program to better support growth, reward expertise, and simplify engagement.

With big deals proving crucial to its success last quarter, this move signals that Zoom aims to align its partner ecosystem more closely with its strategic growth priorities, ensuring partners are empowered to drive revenue.
