Ensuring excellent meetings for companies of all sizes and backgrounds, the Bose Professional team has announced availability of the highly anticipated Videobar VB1 USB all-in-one device through a partnership with HP.

Certified with Microsoft Teams, the Videobar VB1 offering will provide an exceptional level of audio and video for modern meetings. The Videobar VB1 can combine with the HP Elite Slice G2, an audio-ready system for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms. This will provide all the functionality users need in a range of spaces. The collaboration between an audio leader and an innovator of computing devices ensures people can successfully meet and collaborate with simple technology.

A Premium Meeting Experience

For a more advanced audio experience, the Bose Videobar uses a selection of 6 beam-steering mics to focus on voices in the room. The proprietary transducers from Bose also reproduce fantastic room-filling audio from multimedia experiences. Thanks to a 4K Ultra-HD camera with auto-framing, users also get a sensational way to see whiteboards, presenters, and other in-room objects.

A one-cable connection means you don’t need two video and audio cables at the table, and the device can be mounted to suit the space. Intended for rooms of all sizes, the HP Elite Slice G2 system will support flexible setup, easy configuration, and operation with a large one-touch set of capacitive controls and an anti-glare screen. The HP Elite Slice G2 auto-ready device also features dual viewing angles, on-demand calling, and flexible access.

Users can share content and add attendees with one touch of the controller. According to Martin Bodley, global head of Bose Work at Bose, there’s a lot of excitement around the Bose collaboration with HP. This new integration adds a host of product features and a simple package.

Clear Meetings for Everyone

For rooms that require further microphone pickup, Bose offers two in-ceiling audio solutions. The Bose ES1 system features the EM180 EdgeMax in-ceiling speaker, while the conventional Bose DS4 system features a set of four DesignMax loudspeakers (DM2C-LP). Each solution connects with a Sennheiser TeamConnect system with 2 microphones, a Bose ControlSpace processor, and a leading PowerSpace amplifier.

No matter the room configuration or size, IT managers can be confident that the tech in the meeting room is integrated and effective. This is another example of Bose’s ability to partner with leaders in the industry to guarantee better interoperability and room solutions for a selection of end-user needs.
