In this video interview, presenter Patrick is joined by Amy Chang who is the SVP & General Manager for Cisco Collaboration. Firstly Patrick asks Amy to explain the premise of Cisco’s Cognitive Collaboration. Amy explains that Cognitive Collaboration is an overriding principle that Cisco will apply to their entire portfolio to bring additional intelligence to meeting, collaboration and communication processes.
Amy also tells Patrick how her background with her previous organisation Accompany, which Cisco acquired during 2018, will impact her leadership of the Cisco Collaboration Group. Accompany leverages public data to create knowledge bases for individuals and companies, Cisco will be using this technology to apply the information gleaned to enhance their collaboration solutions including Webex Teams.
