Dialpad, the only business communications platform with a cloud-native structure, recently announced that it had purchased the video conferencing brand, Highfive. The two companies are bringing together best-in-class solutions for work-anywhere productivity. The acquisition will grow the Dialpad team and product collection, enhancing video across the platform.  

According to a recent survey from Pulse, around 41% of customer success, engineering, and IT leaders say that their teams are going to be working from home regularly following the pandemic. Another 50% acknowledge the need for remote working flexibility. Dialpad’s decision to purchase Highfive highlights the growth of this new model.  

Dialpad will offer employees a way to transform any space into an office with huddle room, smart meeting, and video technology that works seamlessly with existing hardware.
