Vivitek, a Delta brand committed to providing state-of-the-art visual display and presentation products recently celebrated their 10th anniversary exhibiting at ISE. As part of the celebration, Vivitek unveiled the first wireless collaborative laser projector in the market. The combination of Vivitek’s history in projection devices, combined with its newly developed wireless collaboration system “NovoConnect” delivers an advanced opportunity for the brand.

The new collaborative laser projector joins a comprehensive range of products from Vivitek, including their NovoTouch collaborative touch panel. The “NovoProjector” is an exciting new presentation system designed to give organisations access to extensive wireless collaboration features. For facility and IT managers, it’s a way to equip meeting rooms with an advanced and futureproof solution that works seamlessly with other NovoConnect products. This simple-to-manage wireless service means that meeting systems can be managed remotely, along with other solutions like NovoEnterprise and NovoPro.

Improving Collaboration with the NovoProjector

For meeting participants who need access to projection capabilities regularly, the NovoProjector works alongside the Vivitek Launcher modules to ensure direct wireless connections from computers and laptops. There’s also a seamless mirroring capability included to support BYOD solutions too. The projector comes equipped with 1080p resolution, 4,000-lumen projection, and laser lighting that lasts for up to 20,000 hours.

Suited explicitly to mid-sized meeting rooms, the NovoProjector is a stand-out system that comes with a range of collaborative tools built-in, including screen monitoring, wireless presentation, moderation functionality, and annotation. It’s also possible to display your content to up to 4 users at a time while hosting as many as 64 participants. Compatibility is supported on Android, Chromebook, iOS, Windows, and many other platforms.

The NovoProjector will be released in July 2019, at a price of around £2,450 MRSP excluding VAT.

What Else is New from Vivitek?

Vivitek also introduced a range of additional new solutions at ISE 2019, such as additions to the advanced NovoTouch panel range. This will deliver a Capacitive touch panel with high-accuracy touch solutions and a new LiveScreen feature that mirrors content to other Novo devices throughout the network.

Commenting on the expanding Novo range, the General Manager for EMEA Vivitek, Holger Graeff, said that ISE 2019 was the tenth year in a row that Vivitek has appeared at the show. The company was thrilled to celebrate their milestone with the introduction of new products like their NovoProjector while extending other parts of their portfolio too.
