Workvivo by Zoom has launched Workvivo AI to enhance the employee experience.

Workvivo AI, which Zoom affirms is seamlessly integrated into the Workvivo platform and powered by Zoom AI Companion, is pitched to help teams operate more efficiently and with more significant impact. Internal comms and HR leaders, along with other platform admins, can leverage Workvivo AI to streamline routine tasks, freeing up time to focus on more strategic initiatives.

Workvivo and Zoom outline that organisations also have the freedom to tailor their use of AI within Workvivo. Admins can set role-based permissions, customising access to specific AI features across different employee groups to align with their unique needs and responsibilities.

Built on Zoom’s robust AI infrastructure—the same technology that powers Zoom AI Companion—Workvivo AI is included at no extra cost for customers on paid Zoom plans.

Last month’s Enterprise Connect was a significant showcase for Zoom AI Companion’s latest round of transformative feature updates.
