Barco has announced a new wireless room system bundle developed in partnership with Huddly, expanding the range of solutions available for organisations deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms.
The new offering combines ClickShare Hub Pro with the Huddly C1 video bar and is Certified for Microsoft Teams, targeting small-to-medium meeting rooms with a simplified, wireless collaboration experience.

Participants can start meetings with a single tap on the ClickShare Control Panel, helping eliminate the delays often associated with cables, adapters, or unfamiliar room technology.
The next-generation ClickShare Button enables employees and guests to share content wirelessly in 4K from their laptops with a single click, removing the need for software installation or training.
This approach is designed to make collaboration accessible for anyone entering the meeting room, regardless of device or technical expertise.
At the same time, the Huddly C1 video bar brings AI-powered video and audio to the room.
Intelligent framing and audio optimisation are designed to ensure participants are clearly seen and heard whether they are in the room or joining remotely, helping create more inclusive and engaging hybrid meetings.

The ClickShare Hub Pro is built on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), providing a security-by-design foundation alongside centralised device management.
