What has been your business/work highlight of 2024 so far?

Who is your business hero and why?

Richard Branson. His entrepreneurial spirit, charismatic leadership style, and innovative approach have always felt naturally similar to how I operate as CEO. I have always admired his ability to balance business acumen with his love for people.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

The biggest mistake I’ve made was doubting myself in the early stages. Imposter syndrome is something everyone faces, but I’ve learned that trusting my instincts and not second-guessing my inner voice has become one of my greatest assets.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

Work Inspired. I read this during a time of burnout and it re-inspired my love for our people and how to motivate teams.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

The biggest challenge in 2024 has been navigating a tough economy. Unlike previous years, the team had to be more strategic and focused on generating revenue. They embraced the challenge head-on and continued to impress with their growth.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

Cybersecurity. Our new partnership with Coro will enable our historically telecom dealers to take advantage of the massive opportunity within the cybersecurity space.
