Assisting over 100 customers ‘reboot’ their customer service operations using the Snapshotz Assessment tool, on a personal note, being recognised as an Industry thought leader in APAC.

Singling out one would do the industry injustice, however, UC today as a conduit for impact needs to be saluted!

Traditional business face-to-face meetings gained significant momentum!
