Launching a leading quantitative CX market coverage, likely unrivaled in terms of depth & segmentation.

Who do you think has had the most positive impact on the UC space in 2024 and why? 

Have to admit I cannot single out anyone for an outstanding contribution in ’24. I’ll go with all of my customers / colleagues & other stakeholders shaping the future and contributing to the industry.

What was your biggest business surprise in 2024?

1) Volume of M&A activities. 2) Gen AI use cases in production have been less than my initial expectations.

What’s the biggest challenge you and your team will face in 2025?

The industry is in one of its most dynamic modes ever. There are significant fluidity & uncertainty around requirements on customer side as well as our side. A priority today may become obsolete very soon. What AI is going to bring in the short term still not very certain.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business in 2025 and why?

Without a doubt: Agentic AI & Generative AI.
