What has been your business/work highlight or achievement of 2024?
Achieving an 8.83 out of 10 rating in the annual Partner Satisfaction Survey.
Who do you think has had the most positive impact on the UC space in 2024 and why?
I’ve been incredibly impressed with one of our newer team members, Josh Dolman. Josh joined us from a competitor of EvolveIP and quickly recognised that not all platforms are created equal. Over the course of 2024, he’s had a remarkable learning journey and adapted swiftly to our processes. He came very close to meeting his quota, just a few points shy, which speaks to his dedication and rapid growth.
What was your biggest business surprise in 2024?
Why aren’t more businesses reselling voice services. There’s still a huge number of MSP’s that are not reselling voice services or partnering with a provider to support them to add value to their existing customers.
What was the most useful business book/podcast you’ve read/listened to in 2024?
Simon Sinek’s podcasts are still a firm favourite of mine.
What’s the biggest challenge you and your team will face in 2025?
The regulatory landscape continues to present unexpected challenges, but we are committed to navigating these obstacles to ensure we can keep supporting our channel with services both domestically and internationally.
What technology will have the greatest impact on your business in 2025 and why?
The adoption of AI-enabled technologies will have the greatest impact on the business, as more companies discover the potential of AI and integrate its benefits into their business processes. Having an AI strategy for the channel is imperative, especially in these early years.
