Bringing to market Akixi’s ground-breaking real-time call analytics for Microsoft Teams and globally raising the Akixi profile as a leader Service Provider VAS.

Who do you think has had the most positive impact on the UC space in 2024 and why? 

I am a big fan of Tom Arbuthnot and his Empowering.Cloud community. He somehow manages to keep pace with the ever-changing Teams landscape and provide easily digestible news insights back into the industry.

What was your biggest business surprise in 2024?

The Azure for Operators organisation being dismantled by Microsoft.

Keeping up with the accelerating changes in AI and Teams Phone features.

Top 3: AI, AI, AI. It has already significantly influenced our product and roadmap, enhanced our business operations, and is transforming the market we serve. I anticipate this momentum to accelerate in 2025—it’s an exciting time ahead!
